I shamelessly stole Guy's (ON4AOI) ICOM IC-7100 radio driver and
adapted it to the IC-7700. You can get it here:

This driver is *only* for radios which have been updated to the
version 2.10 firmware:

Split frequency operation/logging is 1000% better than it used to be
(yes, I meant 1000).
This same radio driver might be usable with the IC-7600 and/or IC-7800
(and -7850/-7851) radios, if they have been updated to the latest
firmware (ver. 2.00 for IC-7600 and ver. 3.10 for IC-7800), by
changing the ICOM hex address code in DX4WIN Preferences | Radio.
