I had the same problem. I called my isp many times without finding a solution. I used ve7cc software to solve the problem. Some time ago I changed my adsl router modem and I thought to check it again. Guess it. I have not problem now. Sorry I can not find what the problem or better the difference was in the previous modem...

I am using DX4WIN version 7.03.16 on a Windows 7 machine. .   Connected with
DSL and wired LAN.

I have reinstalled the updater program with no positive effect. (It appears
to update files when requested.)

And I always select the 'keep-alive" when requesting an update.

I don't know if it is something I did not do properly, or something I
neglected to do, or even if it is the DX4WIN software;

or if it is something caused by my ISPI don't get any disconnects where the
computer

has to re-connect, but .. ???....

Any suggestion on what to do or look for ?

Thanks in advance and 73,
