On QRZ.COM he states: Operation off the territory of the Republic of Khussar Iryston (South Ossetia), disputed region and partially recognized state in the South Caucasus, located in the territory of the South Ossetian Autonomous Oblast within the former Georgian SSR of the Soviet Union.
I know it is not a recognized DXCC country and DX4WIN leaves the country and prefix window blank.
