Cesar, PY2YP found a mistake in the country file.  It was a result of
recent Russian prefix revisions.

After you have updated the country file, please check your logs for
callsigns that don't have a country (prefix) associated with them.
Use F8 to search, then put "!*" (exclamation point asterisk, without
the quote) in the Prefix field of the QSO entry window, then <ENTER>.
If it finds callsigns where the prefix field is blank, please send me
the full callsign and the date, and I'll try to figure it out.  If it
doesn't find any, that's great, and I don't need to hear about it.

I hope to put out a quick fix in a couple of days.
