I've released DX4WIN Data Updater v. 7.11. The release notes can be found at:

Removed non-functional DX Summit URLs from Internet (DX
Cluster) node listing
Remember that you need to be running the NEW version to see the change
above. So the first time you update with your current version (7.10),
it will update the program to 7.11. Then the *next* time you run the
Updater, the DX Summit URLs will be gone.
