I've released DX4WIN Data Updater v. 7.13. The release notes can be found at:

After a couple of reports of award database problems, I looked at the
code and found some places where it was not checking for errors as
thoroughly as it should. I also added a check that the size of a
downloaded file matches the size of that file on the server.
These are the changes:
7.13 - 9 January 2016
Improved error checking in some places
Check size of downloaded file (except Calendar and IOTA)
