Tom, I think you should work with Jim to get your callsign mappings into his database. Every one of the mappings has an applicable date range - for example, VE1CR may have been CY9 for some time period, but it is not CY9 today. I think Jim will appreciate any updates you can give him, because they will affect many other folks.
