Hello Cort, There are two ways to do it: 1. Do a date filter(F8) in DX4WIN. Set Preferences|QSO|QSO Date to "Greater Equal". This will give you all QSOs from 9 Mar 16 to present. Now do an export to LoTW and answer YES to "Filter active, use it for export?". DX4WIN will remember the date of your last LoTW upload so it won't be an issue next time. 2. Export everything and use the QSO Date Range filter in TQSL to select 9 Mar 2016 to present.
After you do the export and upload, in the QSO window, do LoTW|Set LoTW Upload Date for everything.
