The eQSL list of "authenticity guaranteed" members goes off-line all
the time. I don't know why. If you don't care about having eQSL
users identified in DX spots, then you can turn it off, read the
instructions:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/index.html#select
Look for "Membership List". I keep meaning to document this
particular error somewhere, but something of higher priority always
sneaks in.
