Dave I am having the exact same problem since belatedly upgrading to Windows 10 on my radio computer, except that after I click through those same two error messages you are getting, DX4WIN comes up, albeit with some errors regarding current band and mode, etc. on my FTDX-5000.
Jim, AD1C, told me he had not heard of the issue before, but if you and I have had the same problem, I suspect others have had it too. I'd be interested to hear about any replies you get with suggested fixes.
