I have worked on with this.

This is a QSO that I had with 5Q2J during the WAE RTTY contest. My used call
was 5Q2T.

Details 5Q2T 5Q2J 2016-11-12 08:58:14 15M RTTY
21.09800 DENMARK

When I click on details, I can see date and time when I uploaded the QSO to
LoTW. It is not the QSO time but the actual time that LoTW received the QSO
details.

When I click on DENMARK, I can see actual time and date that 5Q2J uploaded
to his LoTW account.

Barry,

Can you find same details on one of the 12 QSLs that you miss in DX4WIN?

On lotw.arrl.org go to Your QSO then Query and search one of the calls that
is "busted".

Click on details to the left after the QSO has been shown.

I am not online now, but I guess that you can see upload date for the QSO.

"I wasn't even on the air that day".

Um, no. YOU uploaded a QSO for that day. Who you QSOd with ALSO uploaded a
QSO for that contact. It matched, and generated a QSL. Someone else saying
that they worked you never shows up in your LoTW downloads.

Please check again.

(It's quite possible for this to happen if your computer has been
compromised, but if that's the case then the DXCC desk needs to mark all of
your QSOs as invalid and ineligible for DXCC until you clear this up.)

Occam's Razor says these are QSOs you made, uploaded, and are now confirmed.
