Hello, Thank you Dave, N4QS, and Mike, W0VTT, for both of your suggestions. You guys are Great!! They replied at the same time.
I first renamed my DX4WIN.cfg file to DX4WIN-old.cfg in the Save folder. Then I took my backed up DX4WIN.cfg file and copied it over the my current Save folder. Everything is back in working order. Now to back up the entire program.
