The very sad fact is that you cannot upload a JT9 QSO correctly from DX4Win - 
it does not recognise the mode. And will not display the correct report either 
- it will show as a '599' report but not a '-15' type one.

Sadly very old construction no longer supported (other than what Jim AD1C does 
for it).
