John - Go to File - Preferences and click on QSO tab. On the left you will see a box "Warn if QSO not saved" - is that what you were looking for?

In going through my incoming bureau QSL cards I found one for which I had busted the call. I found him in my logbook viewer and brought the incorrect QSO to the screen. Then I changed the callsign to the correct one and pressed <enter>. I would have received a "Do you want to make the changes" warning previously but this did not happen and the callsign could not be corrected. If I changed the QSL route, etc. and pressed <enter>, the modified QSL route would be saved and the corrected callsign would also be saved. Just a minor issue.
