All callsigns in DX4WIN 9.0x have both start and end dates. DX4WIN 8.05 and earlier did not have end dates, so typing in a DXpedition call long after it was over would still come up as the "right" country. There are many advantages to having both start and end dates. VK9GMW was active obnly from 2009/03/28 until 2009/04/13.
