There is not a setting "leave the windows in original position" in
version 9. Normally this window is somewhere outside of your screen. A
posible solution is to make scale factor in file>preferences>screen
smaller. You can make it even 50% but the letters will be very small. Do
it 80% and see if you can see the window and maybe even smaller. I think
Paul needs to add the "original position" again.

The Sunset/Sunrise Window is checked and cannot be unchecked. The window is
not present on the screen or minimized. Closing DX4WIN9.02 and rebooting the
system and re-opening the program finds Sunset/Sunrise again checked and
again the window is not present.
