In file>preferences>Packet1 tab go to "warning messages" box and choose
"ignore"

Every time I open the application a window opens called "Talk messages &
Announcements". Its the same screen as if I went to the DX Spots window and clicked on
“View Announcements”
How can I set this up so that it does NOT automatically open when I invoke the
program?
