Hello Ron, In version 8: File > Preferences > File > Write INI File Remember where you save it (desktop is convenient)
In version 9: File Preferences > File > Load Configuration File Load your dx4win.ini file from version 8 Save Changes and Exit This probably won't have ALL of your settings (can't remember exactly).
