It works for me.
Check under file>preferences>F2 key if the "Mark QSO as confirmed" is
checked. If not, please check it...

searched for the call and pressed F2. In 8.05
the country window would immediately change to C. In ver9 nothing
happens! Yes, I have F2 set to mark QSO
as confirmed.
