The Update takes place AUTOMATICALLY
It worked. Am I missing something?????

It's not "automatic" in the sense that you still need to go to
Help->Check for updates. Once you're there, if there are updates, yes,
they will download and install automatically.
Some applications will automatically check periodically without manual
intervention, but D4W doesn't do that.
