There are a couple of new features in this release: 1. Some QSL managers will be shown like M0OXO(O). The (O) at the end means they use an On-line QSL Request System (OQRS). The managers so listed include EA5GL, EA7FTR, G3SWH, M0OXO, M0SDV, M0URX and RW6HS. My thanks to Zoran for this list. If there are any other managers that exclusively use OQRS, please let me know so I can update the list. 2. There is also support for <MGR>(B) meaning that the manager only accepts QSLs via the bureau. I do not have a list of those. If you know of any, please let me know. 3. The revision history (link above) now contains a list of callsign to IOTA (Islands on the Air) mappings. It is the last item in the revision history. This only applies to users of DX4WIN 9.01 and later.
