Wayne, WA1PMA sent me a .RIG file for the Yaesu FT-991A. It's posted here:

"I have a working FT-991A rig file for DX4W. It's not perfect but
reads and writes freq to DX4W for the standard modes. I've found it
will split for posted splits but once in split you have to manually
take the rig out of split mode.
"A friend WA4IPU helped me with this and once he has more time we will
try to refine the rig file more."
Please contact Wayne or the reflector (not me) if you have any issues
with this file.
