Is it the DX4WIN file you are looking for there? Or is it the contest log file you try to find there? Depending on your contest log program, you have to save an ADIF file somewhere. That ADIF file can be imported to DX4WIN via the menu File -> Import/export and in the new box File -> Import (be sure that you have marked ADIF in the first line).
