Callsign? What version of DX4WIN? IC-775 appears to be supported in version 9.04 and probably earlier versions. Are you sure your interface hardware is good, i.e. does the radio work with any other software? You should pick a FIXED baud rate in the radio (not AUTO), and turn Transceive OFF.
