The Canadians will be doing a year-long Parks on the Air activity
during 2019, similar to what ARRL did a few years ago. DX4WIN should
be able to track it. Details are here:

There is also a Parks on the Air group which continues to activate
parks in the US and Canada:

DX4WIN users can track both the US and Canadian parks in the above
program. To some extent, the reference numbers for the first few
thousand parks in the US were the same as the numbers in the World
Wide Flora and Fauna awards program:

but have since diverged. I have no idea if there is any synergy
between WWFF, POTA and VEPOTA for Canadian parks.
