I updated successfully recently, and just tried to use update again without success.
Running dx4win 9.0.4.1176 under windows 10. When I run “check for updates” I now see as error box from dx4win.exe that says “file access denied”. After looking through the log, it looks like dx4win is looking for a file at: C:\users\documernts\dx4w9upd.log Which is a directory which does NOT exist! Should be looking at: C:\users\tom\documents\dx4w9upd.log (Note the inclusion of a user name, in this case “tom”). This file is in the correct directory, but in this case from the previous update. So, it looks like WPdate is trying to write the file to an incorrect directory. Anyone else see the same thing?
