Hello Joe, Make sure you have the proper bands and modes checked for DXCC in File > Awards and make sure you have DXCC Colors selected (right click) in the DX Spots window.

Eventually got everything to work OK except that now all DX Spots are gray and priority is 9 for every one. Following the "Help" suggestions, I have 1.8 - 50 MHz and CW and SSB checked in both Station and Packet Preferences. I can click on a spot and the radio will go there and the SteppIR will adjust appropriately, but everything is gray. I know I'm missing something, but what?
