None that I know of. I do bulk lookups all the time, one to two hundred at a time. I've never had a problem. Did the problem resolve itself? I do know that the QRZ XML protocol issues the searcher a one-time session ID key that needs to be used for the lookups. I assume that DX4WIN keeps using the same session ID each time, but I imagine that if you go slow enough, the session key could expire, in which case lookups would stop working.
