Callsign notes are only in the WO8L.dxl file. To copy them to new log, start with the WO8L.dxl file and copy it to a new name. Open the new file, then delete all the QSOs. I don't know what this means: "I lost my entire Logbook file from the drop down menu in the Report Editor." What drop-down menu? I'm not aware of one in the Report Editor.
