By any chance, were those FT4 QSOs? (That'll only make sense if you're using the most recent release candidate).

Specify to ignore dupes. In 9.0.4 this worked nicely, only importing new QSOs. Now with 9.0.5 it created approximately 140 duplicate QSOs out of 1000+ QSOs in the wsjtx log. These added Qs differ by a minute. The import preferences are the same for both versions of DX4WIN 60 & 1800. Any ideas?
