Luis, If the laptop has a smaller screen than the main computer, that window may be off the screen.
To get around this, save the configuration as a text file, (File | Preferences | File | Write configuration file) Use Notepad to edit this file Near the end of the file, look for [W-SPOT] and set the values for LEFT=0 and TOP=0 Save the file and use it to load the configuration from a text file (File | Preferences | File | Load configuration file) The packet window should be visible now --Paul, KK4HD On Thu, Oct 24, 2019 at 12:32 PM Luis Teixeira <xx9...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi > A friend of mine (CU3BL) installed and started DX4Win version 9.0.7.1230 > in its laptop (he has it working fine in its PC). > Configuration is the same as in the main PC, but PACKET WINDOW does not > appear and is not hidden behind other window...despite DX SPOTS window > being visible and receiving spots!! > Where is the Packet Window ? :-) > Thanks for the help! > 73, Luis,CT4NH > ______________________________________________________________ > DX4WIN mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html > -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DX4WIN logging software Paul van der Eijk, KK4HD BrookHill Data Systems LLC http://www.dx4win.com ______________________________________________________________ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
