It is probably off your screen where you cannot see it. Go into your .ini file in your SAVE directory.
Scroll down to the section titled [W-LOGB] (It is near the bottom of the ini file) Edit so that LEFT= 0 and TOP=0 Save your changes. Restart DX4Win.
