Problem solved. I use a Kenwood TS-940S connected to a Kenwood IF-232C Interface through a USB-SERIAL controller that functions as Prolific.
The fact is that every time Win 10 is updated, communication between the radio through the controller stops working, giving the famous Code 10 error or simply indicates that it does not recognize the port. Every time windows is updated, I have to reinstall the driver, the version that works 3.3.2.102. It is installed through an executable called PL2303_64bit_installer.exe I comment in case any colleague has this same problem, which can solve it.
