I have released version 9.8 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can download it from here:

Here are the release notes: Ver 9.8 - 10 May 2020 Feature: Added support for ARI International DX Contest, for DXLog.net The default output format is DX4WIN9 format. If you are still using an older version of DX4WIN, you must select a different output format. You can *not* import DX4WIN9-formatted DXQ files into DX4WIN 8.0x or earlier! Your anti-virus program may report a false-positive during installation or operation. Please disable it to see if that fixes the problem.
