I would like to re-write the custom award "Powait Award" [PZK1].

Is anyone tracking this award in DX4WIN?
The current award format doesn't work for importing QSOs from the SP
DX RTTY contest.
I know how to fix the custom award, but it will cause problems for
people already tracking it. I have a work-around in mind if this will
break a lot of users.
