DX4WIN will not open. I get an Error Message "X Failed reading the country file" When I click on OK I get another window which says dx4win.exe X An error occurred in the application.
I tried to fix it by copying a country.dat file from a working version of DX4WIN on another computer but that did nothing. Need help. Dead in the water for now.
