Hi Bud, The exact process is going to differ depending on which version of Windows you're using and which printer, but here are some things to try:
After you click "Print" to print the labels, the next pop-up should be "Report Setup". Click the "Setup" button there. You should get another pop-up with a heading that says "Print Setup". Click the button that says "Properties..." and you should get another pop-up with a bunch of options. This is the pop-up that varies the most depending on your printer, but look for something that says "2-sided Printing" or "Print on both sides of the page", or something similar. You'll want to disable that and it should fix your problem. I can't find how to print on one side in the DX4WIN > QSLS > Print QSL Labels window. Need to fix this before I can mail cards.
