I don't see either listed.
You could try the IC-706 selection if you change the HEX address code
48 from to A4. Try it and let the reflector know.
As to the KX3, I think the Elecraft radios all use the same command
set. Try using one of the other Elecraft radio selections. Again,
let the reflector know one way or the other.

If the IC-705 works after making the change above, it should be easy
to generate a .RIG file for it. Same goes for the KX3.
