If you write your DX4WIN configuration to a text file, both the user
and the password in the file seem to be encrypted:
F_ExtHttpPswd=<encrypted>
F_ExtHttpUser=<encrypted>
In any event, it does not appear that you can put your plain-text
password into config.txt then load that configuration file into
DX4WIN.
