Jim AD1C excellent program adif2dxq found at https://ad1c.us/dx4win/adif2dxq/ will do that. One of the options is a QSO NOTE window where you can place the note you desire. It also allows you to assign a group number so when the Q's are added to the log they will have a group such as 2023 ARRL CW or 2022 CQWWDXCW. I do this when I upload a WRITELOG ADIF file to DX4WIN after a contest.
