David, This looks like a windows update problem I have win4icomsuite running on several PC's but I tweaked the automatic windows update So I only let it install what is really needed on my PC's All are running W10-PRO, btw com-0-com is not working on W11 like there are some more programs And certainly utilities that won't work anymore

I have not made any changes to Win4Yaesu suite or DX4Win recently. It seem very strange that one pair works as expected but the others don't.
