The POTA administrators are still changing reference numbers. They are scheduled to be done on March 25. I will try to release an updated database sometime shortly thereafter. Due to the large number of changes, I might try to stage this into two pieces, to release the changes more quickly: 1. Maintain existing park reference numbers for now. Add new parks using the "old" reference number system. This has to be done for DX4WIN 8.x (and earlier) users anyway. 2. Maybe days or a week later, release the new park reference numbers for DX4WIN 9.x users. Anyone who is tracking this custom award will need to run the Multiple QSO operation, "Check Custom Awards" to update all the reference numbers in your logbook to the new reference numbers. I apologize for this taking so long.
