How many monitors do you use? It could be that DX4WIN doesn't know where they are or thinks they are somewhere they aren't? There have been several emails about resetting the location of those windows in your configuration file. Open that file and scroll down....find the settings for those windows and put them back to zero. Or find those old emails doing a search for more detail on instructions for a reset of those windows.
