Hello Wayne, This happens if you close your log file (QSO Window) before closing the program. Get all the windows set where you want them, then do File > Preferences > File > write configuration file. Save changes and exit. When you close the program, make sure you close it from the menu bar up top and not from the QSO window. (I have made that mistake more than once and more than twice!)
