I was going to say similar. You should not be uploading your COMPLETE WSJT ADI
each time (if containing all your old uploaded QSOs too). Duplicates may not
normally cause an upload problem/error, but uses LOTW server time to scan the
duplicates, which would now be quite large after years of FT8. Having hundreds
do that is not insignificant time consumption despite the good speed of LOTW
server processing. There are limitations in place right now to prevent
duplicate logs being uploaded so the server may have stopped after certain many
duplicates since 99+% were duplicates before the new ones would start
processing.

I also exported from DX4WIN to cover ALL QSOs (phone, CW, etc.), not just WSJT
modes, at the same time with one upload (when I was using DX4WIN). I dated the
filenames so I knew where to begin the next download.

I believe that the ARRL stated if you upload a log with a massive amount of
QSOs that were already loaded. Those files would be ignored or put in a
holding pattern. All due to the massive amount of uploads as it comes back on
line. By selecting the date range your file became "acceptable" if you will.
