Hello Joe, Q65 is a sub-mode of MFSK. I logged my Q65 QSOs as MFSK and they matched on LoTW. I also made a note in the "Notes for this QSO" field that the sub mode was Q65 so that I can fill that in if and when Q65 is added to dx4win.
