I changed W-CW top and left numbers to match W-MMTTY ( I know where that
comes up) and still nothing.

I can't bring up the keyboard window, I've rebooted, reinstalled and looked
under other aps. It doesn't have a checkmark beside it under the Window
heading, so I presume it's not coming up at all. PSK and MMTTY windows both
