Not seeing any issues or slowness here. For what it is or is not worth...as an Electrical Engineer who worked 20+ years in Network Engineering (which had lots of work on issues like this).....and had a 45+ year career in the IT world....which included another 5+ years in Software Development.....my money is definitely the issue is something on the client side....and not the server side.
