If someone can give me guide lines/conditions, I could write a program that 
could read the OQRS file and DX4WIN log and update only specific fields in 
DX4WIN that you want updated (QSL Status).  I do not use OQRS so I have no 
first hand knowledge of what is involved but if you can give me criteria, I am 
willing to take a stab at a solution.
