Hello Mark, You may want to download the latest country file and check again. With version 9, from the menu bar at the top, use Help > Check for updates. I remember having a few discrepancies when going from V8 to v9, but only a few. You might also want to check your dx4win log against your LoTW account using Jim's utility program: https://ad1c.us/dx4win/lotw/
